Rabbi’s Message & YIGC Announcements for 3/10/18
Friends and community are invited Friday night to an Oneg Shabbos after 9:00 at the home of Jordan & Peninia Gross Richmond , 2514 Rubyvale, in honor of the birth of their daughter. Refreshments – Divrei Torah
I hope everyone is keeping warm. I assume that everyone is aware that at this point on Friday, the eruv is down. We are very thankful that this is not a common problem. Nonetheless when it happens it is a major inconvenience. There is a chance that it might be fixed before Shabbos. However we must be prepared that it will not be in operation for this Shabbos. Please do not forget to check the pockets of the clothes you plan on wearing on Shabbos, and remember that we cannot push our children in strollers or carry them either. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me. Please do not forget to call the Eruv Hotline before Shabbos at 216-586-9222. They are attempting to fix it today and might succeed in having it done in time for Shabbos.
If you haven’t sent in your donation for our Maos Chittim drive for Pesach yet, or you haven’t made a pledge and would like to do so, please do so as soon as possible. We would like to disburse the funds in the very near future.
Have a great Shabbos.
