Dear Members and Friends,
We would like remind everyone about the need for increased vigilance in and around the shul. We have observed an increase in antisemitism around the world and we remind everyone that your security and safety in our shul is a top priority.
Over the last several weeks we have been in contact with Jewish Federation and Beachwood Police for increased security and vigilance around the shul.
We continue to have an armed security officer on duty Shabbos morning.
We have a group of dedicated volunteers who stand outside to help protect shul members and guests on Shabbos and Yom Tov. Some of these volunteers have dedicated their time for this worthy cause for 10 plus years. We thank all the Shomrim led by Paul Gewirtz for their on-going service and commitment to the shul.
