Rabbi’s Message & YIGC Announcements for 11/23/19
Clilei HaChodesh for Kislev is available on the Young Israel website and in the Atrium
Last week we had a very enjoyable and inspiring Shabbos together with NCSY. My wife and I had the pleasure of joining NCSY for the Shabbos meals and were very impressed with the ruach that was created over Shabbos. The major thrust of the Shabbos was to impress upon the young adults who came for Shabbos, the importance of spending a year in Eretz Yisroel at a yeshiva or seminary. We also had the opportunity to hear some of the very inspiring stories of how that year in Eretz Yisroel really made a profound impact and influence on the lives of many who chose that path. It is truly amazing how one Shabbos experience can actually make a difference that could affect someone’s future and for that matter the future of their families as well.
Have a great Shabbos.
