YIGC Announcements for 2/15/20
Oneg at the home of Steve & Andreia Schwartz, 2373 Beachwood Blvd at 8:15 pm
Bundle up this Shabbos. It is a cold one out there. Over the past few Shabbosim I have handed out about 75 reflector belts to people in shule to wear at night when walking outside. This is especially important on Friday nights when we walk through the neighborhood wearing our dark suits and/or jackets. Last week as I was walking home, a Beachwood snow plower stopped to thank me for wearing my reflector, so he could see me. I also thanked him for seeing me. I am hoping since many people took the belts that we gave out, that are using them, and they aren’t just collecting dust in their closets.
Tonight we are having another one of our Friday night Oneg Shabbos programs. It will be hosted at the home of Steveen and Andrea Schwartz, at approximately 8:15 PM. They live at the corner of Beachwood Blvd and Wendover Drive in Beachwood. It is a great opportunity for you to wear your reflector and warm up at the warm Oneg Shabbos at the Schwartz’s. Hope to see you.
Tomorrow night is our annual Trivia Night. Hope to see you.
Have a great Shabbos.
