Rabbi’s Message & YIGC Announcements for 5/18/19
Next Thursday night we will have the privilege of hosting the annual Yom Iyun of Aish Hatorah International. The speakers are Rabbi/Dr. Yiztchok Breitowitz, Rabbi/Dr. Akiva Tatz and Rabbi/Dr. Dovid Gottlieb. All three are world renowned lecturers who travel around the world lecturing and teaching. The program will begin at 7:30 PM. Mincha will be at 7:10 PM, and Maariv will be at the conclusion of the program.
As a fringe benefit of the Thursday night program, we will have the pleasure of Rabbi/Dr. Gottlieb giving the Shabbos morning drasha at the 9:00 AM minyan and Rabbi/Dr. Tatz giving a class in the afternoon. Rabbi Tatz will take our 5:30 PM slot, moved up to 5:15PM. The topic of his lecture will be “Judaism & the New Genetics”.
This week we will continue our pre Mincha shiur at 5:30 PM. We will discuss another as aspect of shalom bayis, and then discuss how to create a kosher kitchen. I hope to see you.

Father and Son learning program on Shabbos afternoon for 3rd – 8th grades for the next 6 weeks!!
