YIGC Announcements for 5/26/18
Shalom Zachor for twin boys at the home of Eitan & Elana Polster, 2274 Halcyon Rd. in Beachwood at 9:15 pm
I hope everyone had an enjoyable and meaningful Shavuos. Our shule was a place of much activity over the entire Shabbos/Yom Tov weekend. Having an aufruf, shalom zachar and bris added to the wonderful ruach. Our learning program on Shavuos night, along with our combined early morning minyan with Green Road Synagogue, were a great success. Our medical panel was very well received. We hope to have a follow up to that program in the very near future. The beautiful flowers in our shule added a very special Yom Tov feeling. Thank you again to Ken Roller for sponsoring our flowers for Yom Tov.
This Shabbos we will be continuing our Shabbos afternoon class on Medicine and Shabbos. This week we will discuss the question in halacha about returning from a medical emergency on Shabbos. The class is at 5:30 PM. Please join us.
This Monday, Memorial Day, our Kollel will have another in their series of legal holiday programs. The flyer for that program has been posted on our website. Details are in these announcements. Please join the program. I am sure you will find it very informative.
This coming week I will be traveling to Eretz Yisroel to attend two weddings. I hope to return next Sunday.
Have a great Shabbos.
