Rabbi’s Message & YIGC Announcements for 12/28/19
My wife and I will be away for Shabbos Chanukah, visiting our children in the east. I hope everyone will have an enjoyable and meaningful Shabbos, Rosh Chodesh, Chanukah.
I want to remind everyone that next week the Jewish world will celebrate the completion of the Daf Yomi Cycle. The main event will take place next Wednesday, January 1, at Met life Stadium in New Jersey. There will be a hookup at Yavne High School for everyone who wants to connect from Cleveland. There also will a local siyum celebration in our community next Motzai Shabbos, January 4. The details of these two events can be found on Local Jewish News. Whichever of these two events, or even both events, that you attend, should be very inspiring. We are planning a celebration for our own shule in the next few weeks, which will enable all of our members to participate as well.
Have a great Shabbos, Rosh Chodesh and Chanukah.
