Dear Member,
I assume everyone has seen the flyer (see below) about our Shabbaton this Shabbos, with Rabbi Akiva Zweig from Miami as our Scholar in Residence. Rabbi Zweig will be speaking numerous times over Shabbos, and I hope you will attempt to join us at some or maybe all of his presentations. The Shabbaton is in memory of our members Leonard and Susan Fuchs, who used to sponsor this Shabbaton each and every year. It is also in honor of the 75th anniversary of the State of Israel. a theme that would be very much to the liking of our dear members, Leonard and Susan. A very special thank you to their children, Boaz and Shani Shevach for sponsoring this Shabbaton in their memory.
I wish everyone a meaningful and uplifting Shabbos, and I look forward to seeing you.
Rabbi Burnstein
