Shabbos Announcements 6/11/2022
Shavuos Yizkor Appeal was for the YIGC Kollel. Please send your pledges directly to the Kollel by check payable to Young Israel Kollel or by going to the YIGC website and clicking on the Kollel tab.
I want to thank everyone for helping to enhance our Shavuos in Young Israel. Our all night learning program and early morning minyan, run by the Kollel, was a great success. There was a very large crowd of participants, who seemed to enjoy the classes and chavrusa learning that took place throughout the night. The women’s learning program, on the first day, was graced by Mrs. Ruchie Koval, who gave an inspiring talk to the very nice crowd who attended. Our annual medical panel was very well received. A very special thank you to Dr. Moshe Ornstein who moderated the panel discussion., and to Dr. Rachel Weinerman and Dr. Darren Bryk for sharing their knowledge and expertise for those in attendance.
Our Yom Tov ended with our Siyum/Neilas Hachag, which helped end our Yom Tov on a high. I hope we can build on the ruach and positive feeling that we all felt over Yom Tov.
Have a great Shabbos.
