 Dear Member,

I would like to thank Yehuda Mandel, son of our members, Morris & Tova Mandel,  for donating  and installing our new cell phone locker, which is located right outside the first door leading into our 2nd floor bais medrash.  This locker allows anyone to leave their cell phone or smart phone in a safe place when entering the bais medrash.  This has a twofold benefit.  It allows us to disconnect from our devices while we are in shule to daven and/or learn.  This way we are not distracted during our time for davening or learning.  It also allows our phones to recharge, since there are wires connecting our phones into cables that connect it to electrical outlets, so that it can recharge.

Please try out this new locker, that has become a popular feature in many shules around the country, and you might even find that it will enhance the quality of your davening.

 Have a great Shabbos.

 Rabbi Burnstein
