Shabbos Announcements 9/4/21
A number of people have not been receiving our emails. Please bear with us as we try to get this technical problem corrected. In the meantime, we will be sending out emails in two ways to insure that everyone receives them.
To Parents of Children signed up for Yomim Noraim Childcare:

Volunteers needed Motzei shabbos to switch over the Shul in preparation of Rosh Hashanah
Please see the gabbaim after davening. Thank you for your help.
We stand in front of the last Shabbos of 5781. As we look back at the past year, we see a year of difficulties faced by the world at large, as well as the Jewish world in particular. The difficulties brought on by the Covid 19 virus affected the world on so many levels. The rise of antisemitism has alarmed Jewish communities across the globe. Tragic events that have caused the loss of lives, have seemed to increase. Even the pattern of unusually stormy weather that has popped up with greater regularity than in the past, has us wandering. I point out all these unusual phenomena without any suggestions or solutions. It is just some food for thought as we enter into the Yomim Noraim and 5782. Our davening should take on greater meaning, as we try to connect, or maybe more correctly, reconnect with Hashem.
I hope we will try to discuss some of these issues and topics over the course of the next few weeks. I wish everyone a ksiva v’chasima tova. May the difficulties of 5781 come to an end, and may 5782 be a year of goodness and blessing to the whole world and particularly for acheinu kol bais yisroel.
Have a great Shabbos,
