Dear Member,

I hope to see you at our annual Trivia night this coming Motzai Shabbos.  This has been a very enjoyable and entertaining event in our shul over the years. May the best team win.

A reminder to make your reservation for our annual Purim party next Sunday night, March 5.  It is a great way to get into the Purim spirit, for us and our families.

I assume everyone has heard the talk of calling this coming Shabbos, or more appropriately this coming Saturday, a Day of Hate, which is obviously targeted at the Jewish community.  The old face of anti Semitism has not disappeared.  We all must be more careful and vigilant.  We should continue to daven to Hashem to continue to protect us, our families and all of the Jewish communities all over the world. We would also like to take the extra opportunity to thank our Shomrim volunteers and security officers for working to keep us safe on a weekly basis. If you see something that makes you uncomfortable, please let them or myself know.

Have a great Shabbos.

Rabbi Burnstein
