Shabbos Announcements 7/24/21
There is a critical congressional primary election taking place on August 3. It is an open primary meaning that anyone can vote in this election regardless of party affiliation. It is of utmost importance that everyone that can, vote. Although it is not my place to suggest for whom to vote, it should be understood that we should do our best to determine which candidate would be the most supportive of the Jewish community both here in the U.S. and most importantly, in Israel as well.
I am sure everyone has heard of the announcement made by Ben & Jerry’s ice cream that they are suspending sales of their products in the Israeli territories of Judea and Samaria. I hope and pray that with all the international pressure that is mounted against them, that they will back down from this anti- Israel. misguided decision very very soon.
Have a great Shabbos,
